I. Fabric Introduction
1. Raw Material & Structure
It is made from 100% pure cotton. The warp yarn uses regular cotton yarn, while the weft yarn adopts high-twist yarn (with a twist level 1.5-1.8 times that of regular yarn). After the gray fabric is woven, it is treated with hot water or hot alkaline solution to cause approximately 30% weft shrinkage, forming natural wrinkles. Some processes also incorporate embossing to create finer, more uniform textures. This craftsmanship endows the fabric with lightweight breathability, softness, and a crisp feel, while retaining a certain degree of weft elasticity for comfortable wear without tightness.
2. Grammage & Texture
The common grammage ranges from 120-250g/m²:
120-180g/m² (Lightweight): Excellent breathability, suitable for summer. For example, double-layer crepe fabric further increases air permeability by 15%-20% through a 3D structure, and its moisture absorption rate is 30% faster.
200-250g/m² (Thickened): Thickened styles (e.g., sand-washed crepe) have a stiffer texture, suitable for autumn and winter outerwear, balancing warmth and drapability.
3. Processing Technology & Characteristics
Wrinkle Resistance: The natural wrinkle design prevents the fabric from showing wrinkles easily during daily wear; some products further enhance wrinkle resistance through resin finishing.
Breathability: The concave-convex texture improves air circulation. Tests show that in a 37℃ environment, the humidity reduction rate of cotton crepe is 25%-40% faster than that of regular cotton.
Skin-Friendliness: Products meeting Class A standards (suitable for infants) use Xinjiang long-staple cotton, which has a soft touch and is ideal for sensitive skin.
Shrinkage Rate: The shrinkage rate of untreated fabric is approximately 5%-8%. It is recommended to soak it in cold water before washing or choose pre-shrunk finished products.

Summer Commuting: Lightweight crepe shirts paired with high-waisted pants. The natural wrinkles create a casual, relaxed vibe, suitable for offices or casual occasions.

Autumn & Winter Styles: Long-sleeve & long-pant sets made of thickened double-layer crepe (e.g., 180g/m²), which offer enhanced warmth and are suitable for early autumn or air-conditioned rooms.

Baby Onesies: Class A 100% cotton crepe with hidden snap buttons for easy dressing and diaper changes. The cuffs and ankle openings use elastic grippers to keep out wind and ensure comfort.
